All orders received prior to 12:00 hours will be prepared and sent on the same day, and those received after 12:00 hours will be prepared and sent the following day.

The deadline for the receipt of orders is within 24-48 hours for products in stock. It is possible, however, that occasionally during periods such as Christmas, these deadlines may be altered due to the saturation of transportation and courier companies.
If one or more products have arrived damaged due to the transportation, you must notify the transportation company at the time of delivery of the package. We will then proceed to replace the damaged product or to refund to you the amount paid for said product. In order to do so, you must contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 34 902 090 775 within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the order, indicating clearly the problem or the reason for the return of the product.
Please, bear in mind that in order for us to process any change or return of product it is essential that you first contact us. We will not accept any product change or return if we have not first received notification of same.
NOTE: It is important that you verify the condition of your purchase at the time of receipt and, in the event you observe any damage supposedly caused by the transportation, indicate same on the delivery note when you sign it.
